No jargon, no stress - just simple, practical help that makes everyday technology work for you.

I’ll come to you, listen to what you need, and show you how to make things run smoothly - or fix what isn’t working. My goal is to take the frustration out of technology and help you feel comfortable and confident using it day to day.

1 Hour Appointment - £35
Quick help for small tech problems.
Perfect for quick fixes, small jobs or a single issue you’d like sorted. I’ll visit your home and help with whatever tech problem you’re facing. This is the shortest appointment option, so even if we finish early, the full hour rate still applies.
2 Hour Appointment — £65 (save £5)
A comfortable amount of time for multiple tasks.
Ideal if you’ve got a couple of things you’d like help with, or if you want a bit of extra time to learn something new at a comfortable pace. I recommend jotting down a small list beforehand so we can make the most of the session and cover everything that’s important to you.
3 Hour Appointment — £90 (save £15)
Plenty of time for bigger jobs or a full tech refresh.
Best for larger jobs, full device setups, or a mix of teaching and troubleshooting in one visit. With three hours, we can work through your list without rushing and take the time to make sure you feel confident with everything before I leave.
