About me…
Hi, I’m Tom, your friendly neighbourhood tech helper.
I’ve always had a passion for technology and for helping people feel more confident using it. Before starting this business, I’ve done several different jobs, including working in the IT sector providing tech support for local UK councils, helping them run election software and training their staff on how to use it. It gave me a real appreciation for patient, down-to-earth teaching, and for how empowering it can be when someone realises, “oh, I can do this!”
After years of being the go-to tech support for my friends and family (especially my mum!), I decided to turn that passion into something that could genuinely make life easier for others in my local area. I love helping people solve those everyday tech frustrations, whether it’s speeding up a slow computer, clearing out clutter, or showing someone a new trick on their phone or tablet. Seeing that moment when it all “clicks” for someone never gets old.
When I’m not tinkering with gadgets or helping people get the most out of their tech, you’ll probably find me playing a computer game, doing an escape room with my friends, going to a concert or building something out of Lego. I’m also looking to get into 3D printing soon — I love learning new things and exploring how technology can be creative and fun, not just useful, and I’m always trying to stay up to date with the newest technologies, so I can always provide support for those that need it.
My goal is simple: to make technology feel approachable, not intimidating, and to help people feel confident using it every day.
